but from my experience the majority of trainers aren't terrible. Mine are all great. Just like anything else, there is going to be a spectrum of good and bad. In the 18 months I've been doing crossfit, there haven't been any injuries that have kept anyone out for more than a few days at a time. I know injuries happen, like they do with any physical activity, but crossfit has come a long way since the early days when it was just starting.
Glad you found something that works for you though. I don't think crossfit is the end all be all by any means, but it's definitely worked for me. We have an orthopedic surgeon from Idaho that drops into our gym all the time and swears by it.
