Almost everything you said seems like very positive trends to me
Scoring is up, which I think is something the NBA likes to see. It increases viewership.
Offensive Rebounding being down isn't necessarily a bad thing either. It puts a greater focus on good defense and being rewarded when teams miss shots.
The 3 point percentage is right in line with what you would want. Not too high, not too low. The increase in eFG% and 3-point percentages show better spacing and again better offense from that spacing. I think it is good for the league to get into skill more than just bigger and stronger.
Finally the decrease in fouls is just awesome! Nobody likes free throw shooting contests.
