it's hard to say with TE (or really any position)

because the systems and situations are all different. Fotheringham could be the second coming of Gronk for all we know, but the offense simply hasn't featured him much. Is that because of scheme? His talent? We hear every year that Utah will use their tight ends more, and they kinda sorta did last year, but still not often.
