So what's your conclusion that BYU doesn't get a subsidy based on? Do you know
what (for example) Utah's "subsidy" is and that BYU does not get anything similar? We know that BYU AD gets a $10M "tuition allocation." What is that? We also know that BYU reports an insane amount of revenue from traditionally non-revenue sports. Where is that coming from? If BYU is getting massive handouts from BYUTV, for example, is that not a subsidy?
