depends on the job and the toxicity. My dad spent a lifetime trying to be happy with his career moves and
has now realizes he probably could have stuck out a few of them. I think the "you just have to be happy at your job" mantra is a fantasy. work is work. some environments are unpalatable. some are just a little unpleasant, but you take your check and support the fam.

You quit the boss, not the job. So true. I love my job, and am killing it, but feel the opposite because of my manager.
