We're talking +7,000 sq ft. Property is just shy of 2 acres. Neighborhood consists of ~$3-5 million homes. The 'rich' people live in +$10 million homes. You see a fancy new model sports car on tv or in a magazine? It's on the streets next month, with custom colors. BMWs are for poor folk.
However, most of the people in my 'old' ward are a split of established old farts and young families jammed into two bedroom apartments. Or living with their parents, like I'd be. So, I dont think we'd be that out of place.
My industry in Utah sucks. There are literally a handful of people who do the same job or something similar. We all know each other, and fight for the same openings, which are few and far between. Plus, there are some positions that are being cut, as we're seeing historic downturns.
This is why I need an objective outsider view, because a wooden raft in shark invest waters looks amazing when your boat is sinking.
