Its extremely unintuitive, but it is better to switch
The best way to describe it is that when you picked door A, you had a 1/3 chance of being correct. But if you pick door B, you now have a 1/2 chance of being correct. If you stick with door A, you are still on the 1/3 chance (it is not a 1/2 chance because the person opening the door always opens a door that has nothing in it).
