So based on the clues, it seems like it is Emmanuel Acho. Played for Texas...

is only 28. Played in the NFL. Works for ESPN. Is a host of 'gameday' but its 'Texas gameday live' for the Longhorn Network. Which explains why he is living in Austin. Looks like he is recently single, he was dating an actress named Yvonne Orji. So all the clues lead us to him.
