they here at BYU?  Unless they are LDS or have/had a super morally conservative upbringing, due to the Honor Code, they are most likely at BYU because they didn't get offers from the "Alabamas" and "Clemsons" of college football.  That translates into "they aren't in the super elite speed category". 

BYU should be in a P-5 conference right now, but even if we were we aren't exactly (currently) the same level of BYU prestiege like we were in the 80s and most of the 90s.  All this translates to we just don't typically end up with truly lightning fast speed at CB.  If our CBs prove me wrong I will GLADLY be the first one to admit I was wrong.
