Depends how heavy you go - finally got one at 525 but had to upgrade at ~870
The lesser one just wasn't cutting it at that weight. I'll posts links when I get home.

Its probably time for me to graduate to a lifting belt. SK mentioned that as i got 415 half way up on my deadlift today.
