Starting is for high school

The original question is about talent, but Utah rotates tons of guys in and out anyway and I suspect who starts between Tonga and Penisini would come down to matchups; if it’s a heavy run team Tonga starts and heavy pass then Penisini. The point is that of the top 6 DL players (I’m putting Tupai and Tafua as co-starters) only one is from BYU.
