I was thinking the same thing today. But it’s all of Utah county

Utah has the worst civil engineers and road construction planning in the country. Yeah, remember when they had a weekly countdown at BYU games for the end of the I-15 construction? And then a year later they started major construction in basically the same area? Our state has by far the worst when it comes to planning ahead for growth. I challenge any CBer to tell me differently.

University Pkwy needs to be freeway w/ no stops from I-15:BYU. Raised overpasses & exits like Bangerter now is.
