Stretch between AF and point of the mountain, the area that has grown the most since the construction, so it goes from 7 lanes to 4 lanes back to 7. Yep that make sense and now, of course, they’re expanding it.

University Pkwy needs to be freeway w/ no stops from I-15:BYU. Raised overpasses & exits like Bangerter now is.
