Utah is P5 and now with Greg Hughes out of office BYU does not have a champion

for their cause to force Utah to play BYU or be audited. They are calling the game audit gate and Utah does not care to continue the series with BYU.

How could BYU offer home and home and then force Utah to "end" the series? BYU needs this game more than Utah does. Look at the prices for tickets to this coming weeks game. BYU calls it a rivalry game. Utah does not see this game as a rivalry game just a game they were forced to continue to play by Greg Hughes BYU alumn. After all their paper pointed out a rival will compete for the same objective or for superiority in the same field. How is losing 8 in a row or Utah winning over 61% of the rivalry games then being P5 by a rival to BYU? They don't compete for the same objective Utah recruits more kids out of the state of Utah then from the State of Utah now.

I looked at the places Utah by far recruits CA more than any State in 2019 the received commitments from 22 or 85% from kids out of State and Australia. 11 from CA or 42% of their recruiting class and only 4 mainly transfers from other programs from the State of Utah which is 15% percent of their class.

BYU, on the other hand, recruits 65% of their class out of State well at least 2019, 21.73% from CA. They recruit more in-state or 35%. So the kids at Utah don't care about the game because 85% of this year's recruits did not live in Utah didn't hear about the rivalry and just don't want to be the team that loses to BYU.

So again what position are BYU in to offer Utah home and home series when Utah does not need the game? A lot of teams would love the payout for Utah. They are P5, Utah is increasing the size of the stadium more money for opposing teams. They come to Utah beat Utah they beat a P5 program on the road.

Utah goes to Provo they are expected to beat BYU.
