Then one day while they were dog sitting the two pits attacked the visiting dog and tore it to shreds. Thank goodness it wasn’t a visiting neighbor kid or their own overly active toddler. Both dogs had to be put down.

This family is a great family and good dog owners. The dogs were “great” etc. The problem with pits is that they are bred to kill and maim and they are good at it so when they go off or get mad it’s really bad. They are the most dangerous bred out there and not worth the risk.
