That really proves your point that pits are horrible dogs .. first of all the dog clearly has an idiot of an owner to keep it untethered and of all days on the 4th?! There's your answer.... A lot of stupid people get pitbulls! They dont take care of them, abuse them, neglect them. Then they end up in shelters getting euthenized. Keep bad mouthing pits and giving them a worse rap than they deserve so innocent animals kerp getting euthenized and banned! Great going!
