Spots seemed bad. I was curious about the 2 targets, but I don't know the rules.

I watched from the 10 yard line and saw a spot 2 yards short and another about a yard short. I'm not sure how they come up with the exact spot. The Zach Wilson run looked like the ball got over the first down marker before being hit and taken down (from seeing on video). I thought it was where the ball is when the knee goes down or the end of forward progress.
