Milne was single covered, and was open initially just slightly. The defender made a good play, and almost got it.
Perfect throw, and perfect catch is what made that play. Double and triple coverage is something different entirely, and you don't get perfect every time. There is ZERO reason to force it just because the guy is a great player. He stands a better chance of getting open for good plays later if you spread things around and force the defense to switch things up.

I don't think you throw to him unless he's open. If he's getting double or triple-teamed, somebody else is open.
