down the league is lacking depth right now for sure.

As far as the Big 10 v Pac 12 goes that is an easy debate. Ohio State, Wiscy, Michigan, Michigan St and Penn St have all had stronger decades than just about anyone in the Pac. Nebraska is a traditional powerhouse that has been down for them
