Firings are not the answer--MWC or AAC is. Flame away, but consider
1. We would have a nearly identical schedule (maybe a better second half) to 2019
1a. 3 major OOC games followed by a typical MWC/AAC run (that's better than Liberty, ISU, and UMass)
2. Exposure stays the same or better- ESPN deal like BSU
3. After going 2-2 in OOC games, we enter conference play with a goal to win the conference
4. We regularly play conference foes BSU and USU, like we have and like we will for the foreseeable future
5. If Utah doesn't play us when we want, we have an annual BSU rivalry to look forward to, generally to decide the conference champ and best G5 in the land
6. More likely access to NY6 and other major bowls
7. The regularity of conference opponents allows for better game prep
8. Our AD spends less time looking for opponents and more time doing whatever he's supposed to be doing
9. Winning cures all. We win, we get ranked, we recruit.
