If he's a mission first kid then they certainly do have a scholarship...
because it is 3 season from now before he is there. If the kid is truly that good, a 5* prospect then you find a scholarship for him regardless but there is no excuse at all if he is a mission first kid. I have my own thoughts on this, in fact I'm pretty sure I know exactly what happened, and it isn't a smart way to do thing IMO.
