But why take a pwo?
That’s the part that doesn’t make any sense. Sure he can still take a scholarship from someone else if it gets offered but saying he’s satisfied with a pwo offer tells everyone else that they don’t need to come forward with an actual scholarship.
It’s just seems very odd to commit to a pwo at this point in time. I think someone gave him some bad advice or else he knows that there will not be any scholarship offers coming his way.
