Please describe what/who is requiring BYU to have these policies and what makes
them be required? Also please explain how this is consistent as these were demonstrably not required in the past.
Note: if you say "the Church" I will ask the same questions again because the governing bodies of the two are mostly the same.
Also are you arguing that the BoT cannot remove these policies? This is different from chooses to not remove. If the BoT cannot remove them, what is preventing them from doing so?
