The constant defensive rotations hurts the defense

The never ending merry go round hurts the defense. You can't constantly preach about putting the best 11 players on the field, and have a never ending rotation on most every play. I get there needs to be substitutions from time to time, especially against an up tempo offense, but man, you've gotta keep your best players on the field.
