the ball waaaaaay too long especially on roll outs. He did have receivers opened, but didn't throw. To me that shown a lack of confidence in the QB not making the throw. I'm sure he was coached that if he can't make the pass, took the loss, but don't throw an interception. Thus... tackles for loss.
