Yeah, really difficult question to answer
My kids don't play sports. If I had a 4 star kid that would probably mean I care way more about sports than I do currently (most kids don't get to 4-stars without a lot of parental encouragement and support).
I got a degree from BYU in Sociology, a degree that is totally worthless. But I wouldn't trade my BYU experience. It helped me become who I am today.
My kids know I'll support them in going anywhere--I'll really get behind them and help them accomplish their goals. But I'll also always encourage them to at least consider BYU because it can be such a great experience.

yep. easy for people to claim that BYU is first choice no matter what when your kids don't even play sports
