I'm not talking this year. I'm talking the slow death of INDY.
It would take BYU years to get back to winning the MWC or AAC. They need to increase recruiting in a major way. The INDY model has taken BYU from the 40-60 range of recruiting rankings to 55-90 range, major. The reason is recruit are watching BYU and notice 80+ rankings and 4-6 win seasons, not inviting. However, in a conference BYU will win more games, get better recruits, get higher rankings, which brings in better recruits, SEE BSU, or the INDY cancer is too advanced and BYU football is done.
It's been eight years of INDY's slow decline. It's only going to get worse until TH pulls his head and gets a clue. INDY lovers are in denial.
