He said BYU's win was much much bigger and should be celebrated. They're having a down season thus far with the last two losses to teams they thought they should beat. Every win counts. And any win against a ranked team counts as huge.
Utah, on the other hand, has higher expectations. They're picked to win their division and challenge for the conference title. They shouldn't be counting/celebrating the individual wins - their counting will happen in November when they're looking to see where they stand and that they are in the conference championship game. Then they can celebrate.
I kind of agree that with where both teams are right now - BYU's win was bigger. But Utah very well may have much more to celebrate at the end of the season.
