Some have said that they will be disappointed without winning the championship game and going to the Rose Bowl. I think that's unfair.

And while I see where you're coming from - 10-2 or 9-3 is a great season whether you go to the Rose Bowl or not.

But I tend to agree that there will be some disappointed Utah fans if Utah doesn't at least make the championship game. That will officially be underachieving - as they were picked to win the South and favored to win the same thing. Which isn't to say winning the whole thing should be easy or expected. But not getting to the championship game would be a disappointment for many, I believe.
