That's television money. BYU's total revenue looks like a lower-level P5 program
even though the media payout is a fraction of what the P5 schools get. BYU gets much more revenue than many P5 schools from ticket sales, donations, and sponsorships. BYU's sports camps make more revenue for the BYU AD than our media deals do. BYU's revenues are only slightly behind Utah's and similar to or ahead of the likes of Washington State, Oregon State, Kansas State, Wake Forest, etc.
