Some of the USU Institute teachers are very anti-BYU.
I was once in an institute class at USU where I actually spoke to a teacher after class one day about how I went to BYU for 7 years and he either needed to shut his trap about how much he hated BYU (not the exact words I used, but how I privately felt) or I would no longer be attending his class.
He was not alone in his hate for BYU among the USU institute teachers.

For USU it isn't anti-LDS bias. It's 3 decades of watching BYU have all the limelight meanwhile the Aggies sunk into
