If he doesn't see the need, then that's terrible vision/situational awareness as a head coach. Either way, it's bad for him. There is "no way" Sitake doesn't see how bad the D is, therefore he isn't doing it because he lacks the courage, and I just don't see this changing during the off-season. The way you are tomorrow is the way you are today, UNLESS you make a change today.
