The passing yards are often a direct result of the fact that the
QB has so much time that he can read the playbook before he has to throw. That was very evident against Liberty. Also, go back and watch the BSU game. As we are all sweating because Boise is catching up you see their QB pick up two first downs in a row, in our territory, on runs of 9 yards or more because the three rushers are sucked into the middle and their is no contain to the outside. On top of that all the LBs and DBs are either deep or have their backs to the ball, so they can't react and come up fast. Then go watch ANY game this year snd see how many times the QB does this same thing. Also, the RBs do this too. A play ind plugfed up the middle so the RB pops ti the outside because the DL is all in the middle and there is no contain to the outside. The USC game is a great example of this, as is the USF game. Do our coaches not watch film?
