We just got a similar settlement for two of the kids from a car accident

My wife is already planning the vacation to take them to Hawaii. We’d rather travel and make memories with unexpected cash like this than put it away for a kid who at 18 would likely just blow it on a down payment for a car they can’t afford anyway.
