My wife’s kids would rather go to Hawaii than sue her at 18

But it would save a bundle if they decide to do that at 18, and then cut them off at 18 with that attitude than help them financially ever down the road. But seriously messed up for you to think of kids suing parents for using settlement money to take them on a vacation from a fender bender. Your kids must be a real treat to be around
