Agreed. Wilson has not looked the same post surgery. His accuracy is not the
same. Romney throws a very catchable ball, especially down field. It is usually has enough air under it and is on the correct shoulder, allowing the receiver to shield off the defender and make the catch.
I like Wilson a lot, but do not think he is the same player he was prior to the surgery. Romney has a presence, an ability to manage the game, and not be a hero.
Play calling and schedule have something to do with it but Romney, on balance, is better than Wilson post-surgery. Going away from the RPO was much needed.
