Wilson faced the #'s 8, 26, 37, 39, and 95 defenses. Avg of 41.
Romney saw #'s 35, 78, and 101 defenses. Avg of 71.
I'm not including USF(though he had two chances to win that game) which would further drop Romneys competition.
