and the CEO had consistent, year over year, mediocre results he would do one of two things. Resign or find better leadership to implement his vision, culture, etc.
Since our CEO isn’t resigning, it is his responsibility to seek out and hire leadership that will implement his vision.
His current leadership team isn’t getting it done. They need to be replaced. Starting with the D coordinator.
If he doesn’t then his employees (and angel investors) will go elsewhere and he won’t be able to hire better employees in the future.
