I'd actually argue they do care about brand and ratings. But in this case,
luckily for the committee, OU's resume is better. So they don't have to screw over Utah. But I'm of the belief, if Utah's resume was better, they'd still get screwed by OU's brand. Maybe not Baylor, but for sure OU.
