How much should we pay a first time ever head coach? This doesn't seem too off

Maybe a million for the other 7 men's coaches, 1 million for Pope and 2 million for Sitake. How much was Pope making as UVU's head coach? Probably less right?

I guess my point is these are new head coaches at this level. If Nick Saban was LDS, we'd pay more (not 6 million but much more than 2 million) because he'd be worth that.
