Do you want to live in upscale areas and have a short commute? Do you want a spacious house or are you Ok with a townhome?

Are you OK with commuting to the IE?

In the last 10 years I lived in Newport Beach, Yorba Linda and Corona. This number could vary wildly.

Yep you can do it on that. SoCal is much cheaper than the Bay Area. But even at 225 with a 900k home, that’s not a ton
