Practically regardless of where you live in LA, the OC or San Diego.

I have friends that commute from Murietta to downtown San Diego every day and they are in the car 3-4 hours a day — 1.5 to 2 hours each way on the 15 back and forth. Unless you work in Rainbow, Valley Center, or Escondido, no thanks.
