I've been lifting for just over a year now and feel like I've hit a plateau. Only a little progress over the past few months. I've been doing 6 days a week on a push, pull, leg routine. First half of week is 5x5 for compound lifts (+ 3x8 accessory movement for 45-60 minutes) from the StrongLifts 5x5 program and second half I do them for more endurance sets in a 4x10-12 range. I really love 5x5. I feel like I always have a goal each day to get a tad bit better. But after getting stuck on a few of those compound lifts, I need something else to break through and keep moving. Any suggestions on novice -> intermediate workout plans?
