When I eat more and focus on progressive overload my lifts go up
When I don’t do one of those things I plateau. I haven’t seen much other correlation to programs, rep schemes, etc. If you eat more & lift more you get bigger & stronger.

You can only squeeze so much strength out of a current muscle size, and the only way to build more muscle is to give it more fuel to grow.
