POLL: Do you expect guests to take their shoes off in their house?
It wasn’t until I was a married adult living in a family ward that I knew anyone would expect someone to take their shoes off for any reason other than muddy shoes. It just wasn’t a thing at my home or at my friend’s homes growing up. I’ve since learned that others grew up the opposite.
