Sounds like a phobia to me. Your body, inside and out is covered with "germs"
Your desk, your steering wheel, your phone, everything. It's ok.
It's totally normal to not wear shoes in the house. But if you are doing it because you are worried about fecal matter on shoes, then you're being irrational.
