We have to remember our culture is built on "faith". Not

unusual for us to be optimistic about something that looks impossible.

The BOT knows they are working with a devoted, believing fan base. Have the AD claim the lofty goals and the fan base will believe those goals can be accomplished without doing what it takes to accomplish them.
