Is football more viewed? Yes. But no one gives a flying hoot about *BYU* in FB.
We are on a BYU board, discussing BYU's position in the college sports world, so yes, I am going to fixate on BYU.
I watched the CFP game. I also watched BYU crap their way to a 7-6 record. Which one did I enjoy more? (CFP). Doesn't mean I'm going to drive down to LES and buy a ticket to see KS's eyes glaze over on the sidelines as NIU musters a single touchdown and beats his team.

I think college basketball certainly provides the illusion that it's not as "rigged" as college football
