As you plan your limited eating in a calorie deficit, be sure to consciously eat a lot of protein and fiber. Eat a lot of grilled chicken breast, salmon, turkey, broccoli, apples, salads w/out high calorie dressings, etc.
Cut out ice cream, sugary drinks of any kind, candy, breaded meats, etc. Have an occasional treat, but balance it with good choices. For example, is occasionally have a donut, but I’d skip rolls and go minimal with rice or potatoes that day.
