I agree that more efficient and healthy weight loss is the best. Which is why I go on and on about healthy eating to those who know me. In fact, I believe weight loss is less important than healthy fitness.
I never talk weight loss among friends. Only fitness (cardio + nutrition). But when it comes to weight loss you can’t get around the fact that you have to burn more than you consume. Period.
